UNCG Procurement Services is excited to announce that Amazon Business is now an approved punchout catalog in SpartanMart using your UNCG PCard. This new program simplifies your purchasing process and allows you to take advantage of Amazon’s wide product selection and competitive prices. Access the Amazon Business punchout through the Jaggaer eProcurement system (SpartanMart.)
Shopping on Amazon Business is as user friendly as Amazon.com.

- Automatic tax-exempt purchasing on items sold by Amazon.com LLC and participating 3rd party sellers

Amazon Business Punchout Access
The first time you punchout to Amazon, you will be registered as a UNCG Business account user. If you do not have a current Amazon account using your uncg.edu email, your account will automatically be created by using your @uncg.edu email address associated with your purchasing user profile within SpartanMart.

- Amazon Business Customer Support can be reached at 1-888-281-3847; by email at amazonbusinesscs@amazon.com; by punching out to Amazon Business, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Customer Service.
- Option 2
- Click Amazon Punchout, Hover over you name, Click on Your Orders, Click Get product support button listed on the item you need help with. If this option is not available, look for the Get help button in the same area.
- Option 3
- Click Amazon Punchout, Hover over Your name, Click Customer Service, Search available topics OR Click Chat with Us button. Use the AI prompts OR type AGENT, then select from the following options: Go to my Customer Service hub, start over, chat with an associate now, request a phone call, or Never mind, I’m all set.
