Welcome to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Procurement Services Department’s Vendor Bid Opportunities page. Here, you will find information on current and upcoming bid opportunities, as well as guidelines for participating in the bidding process.
UNCG Posting of Formal Bids
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) posts bids using the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP), managed by the State of North Carolina, Division of Purchase and Contract. This online system is designed to electronically notify registered suppliers of opportunities for their specified commodities. Only registered suppliers will receive notifications for bid opportunities. To register for automatic electronic notifications, please use the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Suppliers may also routinely check the same site for a listing of opportunities from UNCG as well as other state agencies. Anyone can search the eVP site, but only registered suppliers will receive automatic electronic notifications.
Other Informal Bid Opportunities
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) will post all other bidding opportunities, including those that do not require a formal bid, on the SpartanMart Supplier Portal. UNC Greensboro eProcurement System Connection Information
